The Horton Grand Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter and is steps away from the Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. When it comes to the workplace, we offer the perfect balance of establishment and progressive, employee-focused initiatives all wrapped in one elegant package. We're looking for Front Desk Agent to join our amazing team! Skills needed to be successful in this role include: Outstanding customer service. Communication proficiency and teamwork. Phone etiquette and verbal skills. General math and clerical skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle stress and solve problems. Ability to use a computer, room management system, and other computer software. Active listening and the ability to be proactive in understanding guest's needs. Ability to speak, read, and write the English language. Some night & weekends required. What's in it for you?
