Our firm is growing and we are seeking an experienced personal injury case manager to join our team and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Our goal is to successfully help our clients navigate through the legal process. That said, we want the clients to feel they had a team behind them that cared and truly fought hard for them! This is a full-time position where you will manage litigation cases. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. If these statements appeal to you, then this position may be for you! • You think in terms of outlines, chronologies, and indexes• Deadlines do not scare you, you are motivated by the challenge• You are amazing with calendars, email, spreadsheets, case management software, word processing and the internet• You pay great attention to detail• You communicate very well and know how to build a rapport with people• You can multitask and shift gears quickly if needed• You see an opportunity for organization where other people see chaos or a mess• You understand that while it is okay to leave a message, you have to keep trying until you speak to someone• You are proactive and can take the initiative• You have a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm Responsibilities:• Review and organize legal documents for attorney review and case preparation• Assist in drafting legal correspondence and pleadings• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation• Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• US Work Authorization Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: AMBER HALL LAW is a go-getter personal injury law firm dedicated to helping clients receive the care and compensation they deserve.
